i was choosing apples A happily at the supermarket
a woman, who was around my age, was choosing apples B beside me
suddenly
Woman: Apples B are very nice
Me: Thank you (with a polite smile)
ignoring her, I continued to choose some more apples A
Woman: Then why are you still choosing apples A?!
Me: I like these apples more!
i walked away
no point talking to her
who was so opinionated
who are you?
trying to dictate what i buy
oh my goodness
i had never been so infuriated by a stranger before
i didn't ask for your opinion
so just keep them to yourself
and leave me alone
i buy what we (my family) like
we like what i buy
if i were in a bad mood then
i would have said
"mind your own business!"
i hope i won't bump into this busybody again

That is similar to my reactions but I would have talked her into trying apples-A. I would have been mischevious enough and then I would have said , thats ok if you don't like my apples- A I ain't gona like your apples ?
