It should be "Where is Cape Verde?"

Cape Verde is a country.
Officially it is the Republic of Cape Verde.
It is an island country;
spanning an archipelago of ten islands.
It is located in the central Atlantic Ocean;
570 km off the coast of Western Africa.

Its capital is Praia.
It has a population of 500,600.
Portuguese is its official language.

The Cape Verdean escudo (CVE) is its currency.
