Integrity

In conversations with many amazing and successful people across sectors, countries and levels, I did not observe any specific template of skills or definite formulas. What there was in common was passion - plenty of it. Integrity and good character too.

I agree wholeheartedly with one of my very wise readers when he commented on a previous post "Culture Gap" dated 20 September 2012:

"Trouble is that we can't make integrity into people, it must be developed, and is, mostly from family." ~ Dr Jim :)
