When we know what we own, we will not make the mistake of buying similar items or forget to wear our new buys. We will be able to pick out pieces we want to wear more quickly too.

Arrange our clothes in such a way that we can see everything at a glance. So hang up as many pieces as our wardrobe space allows, giving priority to our formal wear and favourite pieces.

Separate formal workwear from the casual pieces.

Divide them further into tops, jackets, bottoms and dresses.

Within each clothing type, arrange them by colour.

Arrange the clothing by length.

Separate the patterned pieces from those in solid colours.
