Freedom to Speech

Facebook-ing, and other social media, is a form of speech. Just that it is in digital virtual form. Just you and I are transversing across vast distances to communicate, to share ideas, to laugh, to cry - just as we would be in person. It is a means by which we connect. To deny one's of the ability to speak is to infringe upon one's fundamental rights to free speech. If we did as such, how different is our action to that of what has been done upon us occasionally? Question is not whether we allow facebook-ing. The underlying and purer reasoning behind this question is whether we allow the freedom to speech. We must shoulder responsibility for our actions and speech. Speak with kindness and love.

Hi Audrey, yes the digital virtual form of speech is important, without which we would not have had the great opportunity to communicate. So blessed to be able to cross the miles to connect with you my dear sis.

I have had to abandon certain so called friends. I don't like to be harassed by people and would just as soon defriend them. Especially bad to me is areas where I am sensitive anyway.
