Lazy, tired or ageing?
i took a 4 hour daytime nap yesterday
last saturday it was a 5 hour daytime nap
i am not a daytime nap person
am i so tired?
perhaps i am ageing... =)

Hmm, lazy, tired or aging? One has to tip toe lightly with this answer. :-) Perhaps a little of each?
I nap occassionally, but usually for an hour or so. If the nap is too long, I won't sleep as well at night. But naps always feel so good, don't they? They do to me.

Sounds like a normal diagnosis .I know that my Get up and Go has got up and went and I have to bribe myself into going ? I know that I don't like being called an old man unless you calling me to the dinner table ? I just have to say thank you lord for giving me another day and I'm just getting up so you know that I need your guidance and blessings today !
