Job Fatigue

We have been working with our employer for a number of years. We are too familiar with the operations procedures and the people working there.

Day after day, month after month, year after year, we have been doing our job unquestioningly. After all, we get a decent salary and it pays the bills, supports our family and gives us a certain lifestyle.

But now, we face the inevitable fact that our passion and enthusiasm for the work has diminished.

This is known as job fatigue.
