Individualistic

Over the past half-century, society has become more individualistic. As it becomes more individualistic, it has also become less morally aware.

I wasn't exactly sure what Individualistic meant, Audrey. So looked it up and decided that I am one. (Like back when I was doing engineering work we as a profession had a saying that "before college I couldn't spell engineer. Now I are one." (I didn't study engineering in college. I studied math and physics and English and business. I learned electronics in the Army studying missile control systems.)
